These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cosma mobile app (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Cosma you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the App.

1. What Cosma is

Cosma is a personal celestial assistant: daily horoscopes, your natal chart (with compatibility, career, and transit readings), a dream journal with AI interpretation and imagery, and an AI chat that answers questions grounded in your sky. Readings are computed from real astronomical positions and written by AI.

Cosma is for reflection, inspiration, and entertainment. Astrological and dream-interpretation content is not a science, and Cosma’s readings are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other kind of professional advice. Do not rely on them for significant decisions — and consult a qualified professional for anything that matters to your health, money, relationships, or legal situation. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or incomplete.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to use Cosma (and in any case at least 13 years old). Cosma is not directed to children.

3. Your account

Cosma works without registration: on first launch the App creates an anonymous profile tied to your device. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your profile on your device. If you add another person’s details (for compatibility or their horoscope), you confirm you are allowed to share them with us for that purpose.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cosma for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, or interfere with the App or its servers, including by scripted or automated requests (the App enforces fair-use pacing on generated content);
• reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or resell the App or its content;
• use the App to generate content that is unlawful or that harasses or harms others;
• attempt to access other users’ data or bypass technical safeguards;
• misuse support channels (spam, abusive or unlawful content).

We may restrict features or suspend or terminate access for profiles that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.

6. Purchases & subscriptions

Where paid features are offered, they are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store, with the current prices, period, and any trial always shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of a free trial, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the App — or deleting your Cosma account — does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

7. Your content

Dream descriptions and questions you write remain yours. You grant us the license needed to process and store them in order to run the App — including sending the necessary content to our AI provider to generate your readings (see the Privacy Policy). Your content is private to your account; there are no social or sharing features.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual property

The Cosma app, brand, and software are owned by us and protected by law. Readings generated for you are for your personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

10. Termination

You may stop using Cosma at any time and delete your account from within the App (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion means). We may suspend or terminate access for profiles that breach these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

Cosma is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, or that any reading will be accurate, complete, or produce any particular outcome. See section 1: readings are entertainment, not advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made in reliance on its content.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted (see the “Last updated” date above); continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
